Craft booze.
Norteño soul.

Classic cocktails, New Mexico beer & spirits, and a full kitchen doing farm-to-table right — poured in a hundred-year-old Bridge Street building that's seen a lot of good nights.

Also, We Cook

Turns out the bar can cook, too.

Oysters on the half shell, a shrimp noodle salad worth ordering solo, and farm-to-table plates that outclass the usual bar menu. The "craft booze and brews" part of the name undersells the kitchen a little.

The Pickle Richard — $12

A tiny-briny frozen martini made with House Infused Citrus Dill vodka, dry vermouth, and pickle juice, served with a Cornichon pickle and fresh dill. The Pickle Rick, all grown up.

The White Buffalo — $17

House Infused Beef Tallow Buffalo Trace bourbon, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and smoked Maldon salt, served with a smoldering bay leaf. A prayer to the ancestors.

The Lavender Mojito

Mint, lime, and a floral lavender twist on the classic — the kind of drink that photographs as good as it drinks.

Out Back

A deck that doesn't feel like a parking lot.

Surrounded by flowering shrubbery instead of a back alley — the kind of patio that quietly makes a private party feel like an occasion. Small gatherings fit right in back here, still the best-kept seat in town.

Old Town, New Again

Back open. Same envelope-pushing spirit.

Borracho's has a habit of being first — the first place in Las Vegas to bring in a drag show, the first to put on a burlesque night. Small town doesn't mean small nights.
